What you eating 9-12 months post op?
I'm 10 months out and here's a typical day for me: Bfast: Premier protein shake 9am: Greek yogurt with couple of grapes Lunch: half an Atkins meal PM Snack: cup of coffee Dinner: 2-3 oz mahi and asparagus If I'm low on protein I'll supplement with a little genepro. I always get in at least 125 oz (about a gallon) of water each day. I'm still not hungry most of the time so I have to make myself hit the daily goals. I'm currently down 95.5 lb and am losing 5-7 lb/ month. I have 30 lb to goal weight. Stats: Height 5'11" female SW 295.5 11/14/16 CW 200.0 (almost there!!) GW 170

5'11" female HW 303 SW 295.5 on 11/14/16 CW 200.6 (so close to ONE-derland!!!!) GW 170... I'm only losing about 5 lb/month so I doubt I'll hit that by surgery anniversary. I'm ok with that though bc I'm sticking to the plan with protein, water, low carbs...i know I'll get there!!- November sleevers?
My follow up is today*- November sleevers?
Me too! I've been going to bed by 8pm and sleeping until 5:30!! Sunday, I took a 3 hour nap and STILL went to bed at 7:30 without trouble. My surgery was also 11/14 and I have a follow up with my surgeon to review labs. I'll definitely be discussing with him.- My sleeve surgery seems almost too easy. So far.
I was sleeved the morning of 11/14 & went home that afternoon. I was worried, too, BUT! No complications and recovery had been a breeze. My surgeon tests for leaks 3 times during surgery so there was no need for a radiology exam.

- Sleeve day surgery?!?!
Btw, my doc is the Medical Director of bariatric surgery at my hospital in atlanta. He came highly recommended and has been fabulous.- Sleeve day surgery?!?!
I had VSG on 11/14 @ 7:30 am. I dealt with quite a bit of gas discomfort and nausea in recovery. I received meds to treat that. (Keep in mind, I had to comprehension of time for several hours, lol) Also, when I got up to walk the first time, I was HORRENDOUSLY nauseated. Again, got more meds and that knocked it out. By 1pm I was up in bed eating ice chips and sipping Water. By 1:30 I was walking around the nursing unit. By 3:30 I was discharged and at 4, I was picking my kids up from daycare (with my husband). After the initial nausea/gas pain was resolved, I had a text book perfect recovery. I'm glad I could sleep in my own bed that night! =)- Dr. Paul Macik in Atlanta Sleeve
I was sleeved by Dr Johnson 2 weeks ago tomorrow. He's fantastic. I was discharged the same day. Zero complications and I'm down 18 lbs already!- November sleevers?
