  7. I don't weigh myself at all. I don't own a scale and don't care to. I never weighted myself before my sleeve surgery. I am a regular visitor to many doctors and specialist and so I am aware of what I weight. I don't want to be dependent on a scale to track my progress. I try my hardest to stick to what my doctor requirements and so far I have lost 68 lbs since April 13, 2016. Do what is right for you! Don't let others numbers determine yours.
