  7. Wow. That's exactly how I feel. Couldn't put it better myself. That kind girls response makes me feel that it will all come right. I've done lots of reading on line today and it does suggest that it's too early for us to know for sure if it's working. I was having 5-6oz of Soup. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  11. I wondered if anybody can help. I'm 10 days post op and on to puréed food and I never feel full. Don't get me wrong I'm not hungry and I feel satisfied but scared I'm eating too much. I'm having approximately 3/4 cup of puréed food. What are people's thoughts? Any advice? Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

  14. Yes that makes sense. Thank you that was really helpful. I need to accept and recognise what satisfied is. In the early days did you worry about 'getting it wrong' and it not working. I'm paranoid. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  15. Thank you so much. I seem to be tolerating more than that and not full. Think I'm panicking about it too much. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  16. Excellent. Well done. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  17. You look fantastic. Well done. Can I ask when you went on to the puréed stage what was your portion size? I'm worried I'm eating to much. Thank you. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  18. I just had my surgery on the 6th too and got home the day after. I would agree with you. No pain apart from gas. I've felt nauseated a few times. I struggle with fluids to but going to try really hard today as I woke with a very sore head and I'm sure it's dehydration. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  19. At least we have a common language to support each other despite the miles apart. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
