  4. They sell Halo ice cream at the regular grocery store. My Kroger sells it.

  6. I'm 12 years post-op... I can no longer eat dairy - I've become lactose intolerant... the only dairy I can eat is yogurt. There are several frozen yogurt bars, frozen fruit, my favorite is the sugar free TROPICAL Popsicles - I buy them by the case. We're addicted to them in my household. I should also mention, I live in Phoenix, so summers are brutal here.
  7. I don't know anything about a Sleeve procedure, since I had gastric bypass over 12 years ago. But what helps me when I start to gain weight is doing a 5-day pouch diet. It works, if you follow the instructions. It's a liquid diet for 2 days, then slowly reintroduce solid Proteins - again, read the quick program and follow the instructions. It gives you back that "tight" feeling again. I do it about twice a year. www.5daypouchtest.com I also now follow Weight Watchers. I've become lactose intolerant, and I am also thinking I'm gluten sensitive - so I'm getting tested for that - it will restrict another group of foods.

  11. Jo Scott - I suffer the same embarrassing symptoms. This gas is ruining my marriage. I'm eating OTC remedies like candy: Phazyme, Beano, Activated Charcoal, Devrom... some help sometimes, but this is far beyond normal, and it's so offensive. I'm okay in the mornings and afternoon (work hours), but my intestines just go berserk by night time. I would not blame my husband if he divorces me. I've cut out all dairy - I've become lactose intolerant, but it's more than that at this point. I'm ready to make an appointment with a gastroenterologist to see if something more is wrong and if something can be done to help me.
