    The first week is definitely the hardest! I had my sleeve on 7/19 and I'm down 23 lbs and I feel amazing! I'm down 2 pants sizes! It is absolutely worth it! Try and lose the mind set that you'll never eat real food again bc you will it will just be smaller portions and you will savor it more when you have it! This too shall pass! . Hang in there friend!
