  9. My surgeon did not require a liquid diet before the surgery. LOVE my surgeon. He made me so comfortable like I knew him for a long time. Very personable. His whole staff was the greatest. Even the staff at the hospital was great. I very thankful the insurance company made me change clinics. Sent from my SM-G930R4 using the BariatricPal App
  10. I switched surgeons but because the place I was going after my 6 months no longer was a preferred provider. All of my records were sent to another clinic and thank God all I had to do was see the doctors and dietician once before the clinic okay experience my surgery and then it went through easy with the insurance. I had a wonderful case manager through the insurance company that helped me with everything and 3rd time around it still took me a year to get to the surgery August 4th. 11. Protein and Vitamins is what I was told is number one if you want to keep your hair. Last diet I was on my hair was falling out so I stopped it. Gained all my weight back and more. This time if I lose some hair I'm okay. I'll just get something to fill it in till my hair comes back. The weight off is my number one priority. Good luck with your decision. 12. I had my blood pressure taken today and now they want me to watch it. It was 98 over 56 today. They cut my medicine in half of one med and eliminated 2 other media. If my blood pressure stays that low they will take me off my last prescription. Yeah for me. Maybe by the time I am down half my goal weight they will let me get rid of my sleep apnea machine. 20. August 4th was my surgery so 2 weeks out and I am done 15 pounds already. The hardest part for me so far was making sure I get my liquids in per day . After seeing the PA she made some suggestions and I am going to change my timing on my intact of food. Starting to miss work but now that I am feeling a little more productive maybe I can start getting a few more things done around the house without exceeding my weight restrictions.
