    My surgery is September 26 I'm nervous but I know I need this tool to help me regain control of my health. I freaking scared it won't work for me and that I'll fail. There are MANY people watching me and waiting to see my process.... I'm not sure if it is to see me be successful or a massive failure. I do feel more support than negative. But there are some of these people who look at me with doubt and at the same time smile a fake smile and wish me luck. I feel the doubt in them ... But I'm going to be successful so screw them ...     VSG schedules September 26. My doctor has us doing South Beach which focuses on Proteins and vegetables... I'm sugar free, which is huge plus. WW obviously never taught me how to eat, I find SBeach much easier. I'll do do for a lifetime with my VSG. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
