    Had my surgery the same day! Down 18 lbs so far, but having a hard time getting to my Protein goal. Start puréed stage this weekend so hoping that helps. Have you had any issues meeting your protein goal? Any tips? And congrats! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
