    I had my surgery also on July 21st! HW 339 SW 293 CW 267 26 lbs down in almost 2 months...some days I feel like a slow loser....then other days I look at it this way....that I could never lose that much weight in that amount of time. The scale moves quicker when I really watch my Protein...some days its hard though.
