  4. Thank you! I was the Service member, well, we both were. I medically retired in March. I did 15yrs but because of a spine injury and several other health issues I could no longer serve. My injuries, health issues, PTSD, and current depression have not been kind to me. I have caked on weight. Thank you for your advise. I will do some research.
