  7. Hi! I got sleeved about three months ago and one of the things that I wish was more accessible was a place for people around my age to get together. I created a blog so that hopefully this can be a place for us to come together. Please check it out and if there is something you'd like to be on there send me an email on the contact page! thatgirltaylor.com is the website! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  15. I'm feeling good! They actually moved my surgery so I had it done on August 30th instead. I was discharged on the 31st around 6 and got to go home and relax. The pain has been pretty manageable. Just trying to decipher what hungry feels like, with all the gurgling going on in there it's hard to know if I'm hungry. Hi, how are you doing? how are you feeling? I'm feeling good! They actually moved my surgery so I had it done on August 30th instead. 17. Hi! My surgery is on the 30th, super close to yours! I started the liquid diet a week ago and I meet with my trainer 3 times a week. The first time we met I was fine, but since I've been on the diet longer now I have noticed how exhausted I get if I don't immediately put some Protein back into me. I'd say as long as you follow up your workout with either a shake or something else protein filled, you'd be good! My surgeon told me it was great to be working out but the second I feel nauseous or dizzy to stop. Good luck on your surgery! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

  20. So I started my pre op diet this past week. I'm allowed to have Protein drinks, broth, sugar free Jello, sugar free ice pops and vegetables. Two of the approved vegetables are okra and cucumbers. I was wondering if I would be able to eat pickles and pickled okra since they are pickled using vinegar, which I'm allowed to use. Thank you in advance! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  21. Have you tried GNC Total Lean 25? Those are the only ones I can stomach! We should totally keep in touch during the process, it's so helpful to have people to talk with who are going through the same thing! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
