  1. I'm in PDX. I had my RNY at Legacy with OWLS 8 days ago. Sent from my SM-G925V using the BariatricPal App
  2. They gave me a packet, but I also had to speak to the nutritionist prior to discharge. At that time, she quizzed me to make certain I understood everything in the packet, and checked on what I had at home already. Sent from my SM-G925V using the BariatricPal App
  3. I'm supposed to take it every evening for three days before surgery. I'm not worried about pooping on the table--there's nothing left... Sent from my SM-G925V using the BariatricPal App
  4. I once Nair'd my arm pits, but I have really coarse hair. I thought, "No problem! I'll just leave it on a little longer." Well, it ate away all of my flesh and left the hair. So for a week, I couldn't lower my arms, my hairy, hairy arms. That was a pity party, trust me. Sent from my SM-G925V using the BariatricPal App
  5. I second that. I love zinc oxide. Also, tea tree oil is very effective against fungal infections. Trader Joe's has a tea tree body wash that really helps before the barrier cream. Just be careful washing more "sensitive" areas with it...it can burn like the fires of hell down there... Sent from my SM-G925V using the BariatricPal App
