I hit a 4 week stall as well. Just keep on doing what you were doing post surgery and the weight loss will start again. The stall is just your body fighting to keep what weight it has left for survival. Once your body re-adjusts and realizes that you're not going to die, the weight loss starts again. Don't be discouraged. As long as you stick to the diet, it'll work as planned.
