  2. I will be two weeks on Monday and I am still on full liquids. Next phase is purees/baby food. I try straying and it wasnt good. Give your system a chance to heal. Follow you doctors instructions, you'll be eating other things so enough. Try to concentrate on getting in you Protein. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App

  4. I had surgery on the 26th, and had a bit of a rough start. Because of a different issue I ended up with a drainage tube for 2 days. I think that was more painful than the other. Have had a lot of trouble with stomach spasms. Althoyugh once they removed the drainage tube, things started moving a little quicker in the healing process. I just started using the Protein powder yesterday. Tried a drink called peppermint patty (choc Protein Powder, mint extract and skim milk)was not bad, today looking forward to a pina colada concoction, going to experiment with the recipes I was given. Still have pockets of air in my stomach, how long does that last? Other than that feeling pretty good today. Best day yet. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
