  1. Girl I'm the same way! If you must share, just say you are having hernia repair surgery. I've only told about 6 people, closest friends and hubby. My parents are big on Plexus. I've tried it and I'm not consistent enough with that. My BMI is close to 40 but I also have sleep apnea. Surgery scheduled for 9/13. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
