Good to hear MM. So Ive managed to get down 16kg since being sleeved. Almost onto solid foods....although I am eating them just chewing the hell out of them before swallowing. Exercise is starting to increase. My walk yesterday was 7.74km.....took just over an hour. How is everyone else doing? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Yeah....I probably average 50g of protein a day....but I'm able to get at least 2L of fluids a day...whether it's water/v8 juice/soup/sustagen/etc. I get a small occasional pain when I drink just a little bit too much but had a win with eating some snack pack choc custard last night....today I'm going to try fruit puree and see how I go. My appointment with the doc isnt until Friday week.....hopefully I can start on mushy foods then. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

Fluids is definitely my biggest issue right now....i wish I had kept the little 30ml cups they had when I was on the ward....they were perfect to guage how much you needed to have at one time. Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk

Well its day four post op. I got discharged yesterday and now I'm back home. I must say....Day two was a whole lot of nausea and vomiting....could barely keep anything down, not through lack of trying....yesterday I vomited once and that was late at night. Managed to keep down a bit of fluids but probably need to up my intake a bit. See how today pans out nausea and pain wise. 5kg down so I'm pretty stoked about that as well....the little bit of pain I am going through now will be worth the extra time I get spend with my family. ???????? Well I'm out of theatre and it's day two in hospital....took me two hours to get on the ward out of recovery due to high bp....but im all good now. Very slowly sipping on Water....finally got to have a shower and feel human again. ???????? Sent from my SM-G935F using Tapatalk
