I am 3 weeks postop and following my doctors order on what I can and can not have but I am always afraid im eating to much like I had a 3inch cucumber with 2 thin slices of deli meat and I ate all of it, but I didn't have any pain in my tummy like I over did it . I guess my question is will you hurt if you over eat. I just don't want to stretch the pouch or do anything wrong . .. Thank you for all your input
