I had this for about 3months gradually getting easier over time, apparently it's the muscle they cut through to get to your bowel, even though there's no incision it's from the higher up one where they insert the long prongs to cut and put the camera in. Guys it will get easier I promise! I too had this horrid feeling, once you're out of the stages of following strict guidelines and you're used to what foods you can and can't tolerate you'll be fine!
