  1. For the past two weeks, I've done some good prepping. I've cooked to big meals and portioned them out for the week. If it doesn't look like I will be eating them for some reason, I'll stick them in the freezer. I haven't stuck with my meal plan 100%, but I'm getting better at it. Thanks for the advice!
  2. So I'm nearly 8 months post op and I haven't been as successful as I'd like to be. I'm now working more closely with my NUT and trying to get on track. One of the things she is adamant about is meal prepping and planning. I'm not very good with all of this, but practice make perfect. Any suggestions on how you may plan and prep? What has been successful for you? Do you prep for every meal?
