  1. I had excruciating pain with the tiniest sips of Water no matter if it was warm or cold. Every time I drank water, I felt like I was going to die. A pain I had NEVER known before. It would frighten both my husband, children, and myself. The intensity was almost horrifying. I did research and found out that it was not unique to me. Others were and had experienced the same. Someone said that adding about 3 to 4 drops of organic lemon juice per 8 oz would increase the ph of the water from acidic to alkaline. I tried it and it worked. All the pain of drinking water disappeared. Hope it helps. Sent from my SM-G900P using the BariatricPal App
