Hope it will be around the same time Frame... @@Ale Nunez The coordinator had told me " to be looking for my exception latter in the mail and the date that's on that document may indicated my surgery date has all ready passed. He stated that the date I will go by is try appointment date some time they make a fictitious date for approval" I was informed; not start me liquid diet until I get my date... I can't wait to start this liquid diet... I am staying that now but when those...Hunger pain hit i may loss my mind... Err taking the bitter with the sweet. Thanks loca_lette813 I have myfitnesspal down loaded in my phone ,but I never looked up calories meals thanks... @@erp I will start eating more stir fried dishes and these these types of meals I can also incorporate this dish when cooking for my family, they are meat eaters lol nothing wrong with adding a little meat Thanks ! @@chicken Lady I have also eliminated Pasta and rice... Ok, so I was informed by the nutritionist that I need to start changing my eating habits... Yay for, me to (start counting calories). I should only eat 1200 calories a day. Even though I have yet to be approved for, weight loss surgery. My inclination of assumption would be... The nutritionist wants me not to wait until the last min then butting my body in shock; when the time prohibit for, me to be placed on the liquid diet. Hopefully this make sense, because it sounded in my head lol Can any or everyone give me some help! on how I'm going to only eat 1200 calories per day?? what could I eat? Congrats to you! What is your daily calorie intake?? And what are you eating ? The reason why I am asking is because, I was informed today over a phone conversation with my nutritionist, she indicated to me that she wants me to start a 1200 calories diet... @@AmberMc03 I no it sucks! that you two ladies; when through all the appointments and etc together. And due to the fact of miss documentation your surgery date has been delayed.. At least they was able to address your issues ASAP. With that said and done; I will also be staying on top of things with my coordinator; I will be placing another call on Tuesday to see where I am at with the approval process. 14 days isn't that long to find out if, I am approved or not, so I will no where to started next; on my journey... I am keeping my finger crossed to have everything taking care of before my children goes back to school. I enjoyed reading your story... Thanks! for all the information.
