  1. Can someone please tell me how you are getting in your Water? It is so hard for me! I have had 2 IV's in 2 weeks. All water tastes horrible. I have tries Crystal Light, infusing it, etc. I haven't had a bowel movement in 5 days. Not sure how that could happen if I'm eating a few bites here and there. I had my surgery on June 29th and have lost 40lbs. I am so discouraged by the water and hydration, that I am regretting the surgery. I teach and go back in 3 weeks and don't see how I can do this. I am weak and have no energy. Any suggestions would be sincerely appreciated. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

  4. Don't feel bad, I did or do, too. Everyone says it gets better. I will say it has, just trusting I did the right thing.

  11. Johnbabmer-I am dying for the scrambled eggs, too. I am living in grape juice and Popsicles right now. Hopefully, my Dr will approve soft foods tomorrow. Have a great 4th everyone!
  12. Good luck, Teddy! Please be sure to update how you are doing. Hbr-how are you doing?

  17. I don't think I regret the surgery, but the reality of everything is very weighing. I am so scared of leaks. I vomited constantly for two days after the surgery. I finally came home and am feeling a million times better, but all of a sudden I am experiencing pain on my left side. I am more scared than regretful.
