  8. When I did my surgery I was 227 and I lost in 1 1/2 month 33 lbs. I wished I had lost more but I am okay with what I lost. I had the sleeve done , I think the By pass you loose faster but you have more dumping and the other stuff.

  19. Have you tried liquid diet and see how your body react ? You might find that you will loose the weight you need before the surgery only in the liquid diet. I was told by my doctor not to gain weight. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  20. First of all congratulations. Feeling nutty? I feel nutty. I'm not sure I'm doing the right way. Before surgery 224 and today 204 next Tuesday will be 2 weeks. Not exercising but walking around the house. My belly is a little sore and I was having a hard time with the diet. Haven't being able to eat 60 grams of Protein.So decided to rely on the Protein Drink for and keep myself hydrated. That is my focus. When did you start to exercise you mean walking?   22. Congratulations , your date is right around the corner. Don't let the anxiety win the fight. The fear is normal , the anxiety is normal. The surgery is not as complicate as it seems when you remove the fear filters.
