    So I'm not a nutritionist but I've done a lot of research on diets. There is a lot of new research out there that retracts the low fat craze. Many of the low fat options are enhanced with sugar or are very over processed. Skim milk for example is very processed to make it skim. It's very far from its original state. I am alarmed at all the "low fat/fat free" recommendations for the wls meal plans. Anyone else recognize this and are as alarmed as I am? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Lol my profile pic wasn't one from a yo yo diet or at my thinnest. My profile pic was taken about 2 weeks ago at my heaviest. It's a face shot. You don't see me posting full body shots...yet! Surgery is August 22nd! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
