  1. I am looking for support groups around the Hudson Valley as well. I had my surgery in Westchester but I'm from Beacon and the closest one I know of is in Poughkeepsie. That's a bit of a hike for me after a long day at work. If there are any other groups please share

  10. I am new to this site. Just signed up today because I just discovered it. My surgery has been approved and is scheduled for June 30th. I have so many what ifs going through my head that I'm freaking out. I'm excited but so nervous at the same time. What if I I get dehydrated? What if I get sick? What if I screw something up? What if I fail? I know they are probably questions that go through everyone's head. If I am not doing anything and have time to relax I think about all this. I guess I have to keep myself busy. :0( Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
