  1. I already know this was the best decision of my life. I've been a big girl my whole life. I lost 75lbs pre op and 16 this week. It's amazing jennyw
  2. Today and yesterday it's been amazing. Gas had been the worse problem. Incisions look great. Down 16 lbs already. Walk and sip that's the best advice I was given. jennyw

  4. I did low carb high Protein for a year before my surgery. I'm less than a week out btw lol. I order the burger like they make it then remove the bun. It tastes better that way instead of ordering it without the bun. Life is hard post op, but, it is so worth it. jennyw
  5. We are surgery sisters. Mine was the 16th as well but I'm not in as good of shape with pain management. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App WELL I've lost 14 lbs. The slower I sip they say the less the pain will be I don't feel like I've lost anything but that scale made me happy. The stomach incisions don't bother me at all. I guess it's the behavior mods jennyw
