  2. Hi, exactly where did you purchase your vitamins and protein from? What kind of you don't mind me asking. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I went to Walmart today & purchased meltable vitamins each bottle was a 130ct @ $5.97 ea. I got multvitamin, D3, B12, Hair Skin Nail, the Calcium was $14. I work at Grocery Dist Company inside a well known convenience store chain & we get lots of vendor samples. Quest is one of my vendors so I'm stocked up on those. I also got to try Premier Protein shakes & love them no nasty vitamin smell. They are 30 grams protein.   3. My surgery date is July 12 and I was given a liquid diet for my 2 week pre-op. It consists nothing but Protein shakes and Water. I could add very little fruit but only if I was still very hungry! What diet were you guys given? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
