  1. I just visited my brother couple weeks ago and he and his wife went on a 1200 calorie diet for over a year and he said he lost hair so guess it is just a wee get loss issue
  2. Three people just recommended Genepro unflavored protein to me, it's available on Amazon, the Protein is lIke 35 g per scoop, my unjury unflavored is only 21 g of protein per scoop, but taste funny in my d calf coffee/ tea, I just ordered it can't wait to try it
  3. Mostly Greek yogurt, scrambled eggs, beans, chicken, protein shakes, applesauce, I did try ground turkey week 3 that stayed down well. Not much else, I can't seem to eat and drink without two hours of eachother or I throw up. Weight loss is good, just very nauseous A LOT.
  4. I attended a class at the hospital that did my surgery and we were told to purchase the vitamin Biotin for hair loss and to use Nioxin Shampoo which I bought in bulk at marshals dept store but I believe Walmarts/ kmarts may carry it. I can't vouch as to if this works as I am ONZY 6 weeks post op.
  5. I'm 6 weeks out, mostly when I try to eat I cannot keep it don unless I wait 2 hours before I even have a sip of anythingSo I'm on water and protein shakes as I i'm so nauseous most of the time.
