7 days post op, first day of reflux. Still on Clear liquids. Had hiatal hernia repair with sleeve. Previously on Pepcid. Do u guys think it ok to chew a piece of tums? Anyone with similar issue? Thanks. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

First time poster, I'm 6 days post op (6/9/16).... Plugging along with Clear liquids, SF Jello, SF Popsicles.. I'm feeling hungry, low energy started today. Saw my dr yesterday, 12 lbs down since surgery. Yay! Do you think a bite or two of cream of chicken Soup would hurt? Just something with a bit of consistency?.... Any advice is welcomed...
