  1. Congratulations!!!!!
  2. @Missy161 I have added your goal weight!
  3. I am so sorry for my lateness this time everyone. Everything sucks right now. I got diagnosed with scabies on Monday that my doctor thinks I caught at the hospital when I had my paniculectomy surgery. Then..I got fired from my job on Tuesday. Luckily I still have another job but that was the one that paid the most and had the most hours. I am not having a good week. My weigh in for 7/7 was 261.2.
  4. @thisisthenewme That's so exciting! You are so close to Onederland and reaching your challenge goal! @Missy161 Not too late at all! I have added you to the challenge! Welcome! @dixonpratt Maybe I missed a post from you but what is your goal for August 11th?
  5. @kurigotmoxie I've added you to the challenge! Welcome! @Pam_2-06-2017 You will break through! @konalisa80It's only a pound! It could only be water weight! Move on and down! @Torriluv87No problem! It's never too late to begin again. Every day is a new beginning, heck every meal is a new beginning. You can never go so off course that you can't find your way back. I also feel like I wasted or lost my honeymoon period but a lot of that was with my complications and having to take TPN infusions instead of eating for several months. All we can do is take a deep breath, let it out slow, and say today I will do this, today I will be on track. This is not an easy road and it will be something I struggle with for a lifetime. But I know I will never let myself get back to 540 pounds. I have slip ups but they are minor and alll I can do is start again the next meal.
  6. @cassiegurl Did you mean to put 250 or did you mean 260? If you did get to 250 congrats on a great loss week! @RockDaisyCongrats! That is an amazing feeling! Also, thank you for liking all those posts when I was not on. I've had a hell of a week
  7. @klette0147 Congrats! That must feel great! @PaulaUSNHey! If you would like to join the challenge please post your goal weight for August 11, 2017 and I will add you to the challenge! Just post your weight each week! @Mandi4417 yay!
  8. It is possible to have withdrawal symptoms after a short time. Mostly because your dose was so high. When you have a higher dose your body can have more symptoms quicker. It is never good to stop pain meds cold turkey. You should taper off of them. My surgeon has repeatedly said this to me when I kept trying to just stop my dialaudid because I don't want to be on it for so long. When I try to stop it my pains get really bad though and it takes days to get back on top of the pain.
  9. @alcn1derlndI totally understand. I'm still healing from my panniculectomy. I am still on pain meds and I am soooo looking forward to being able to do my 6 mile walks and driving myself again! I feel so trapped depending on others to get places! I'm a month out but it still hurts when I don't take my pain meds. Today is my first day back at work and While I'm happy to be back, I'm definitely hurting. And I have class tonight after work! Then work tomorrow. I am going to be struggling. It will get better for you though. The laproscopic insicions are much easier and faster to recover from. I have a single 70 cm or over 27 inch incision.
  10. Sorry again guys! I just updated the spreadsheet for this week! My weigh in this week is 261.6!
  11. @Torriluv87I TOTALLY understand! I get so crazy eating that time of the month. I also retain water. I hope your symptoms pass quickly! @klette0147 I would count that as a win! How was Rome? @kurigotmoxie Not at all! Just post current and goal weights!
  12. @dixonpratt If you would like to be in on this challenge just please post your starting weight and your goal weight you would like to be on August 11, 2017!
  13. @DedicatedLady Good luck in your surgery! You will do great! @rubia72 I'm sorry! You will break through this! @Entrise You only gained .8 of a pound. That could just be a normal fluctuation. You will get through this!
  14. @chrys129 All you can do is move forward!
  15. @alcn1derlnd Congrats on surgery! How are you feeling? @Omieliz Water weight sucks! I still have some swelling and water weight from my surgery. I know this because My drains are still draining like crazy! @Flippista You can get back on track! Some of that is probably water weight! @Roux-en-McClanahan Congrats on losing 30 pounds!
  16. @shan0520 Aww!! Thank you so much! I'm glad I can give you some inspiration. @MowryRocks Thanks! @James Marusek Thank you!!! @Sweet as peaches Aww! Thank you! @Half-Tum It's true. I am much happier now! @deeveg Thank you!! I am thankful to now look closer to my age (30) @SusitaNM Thank you!!
  17. @Redo2017 Thank you so much! I feel like an entirely different person! It's insane!
  18. @Berry78 I hate when doctors blame everything on the fat and don't actually look into the underlying issue. I'm very thankful my current doctors don't do that! I had Gallbladder issues after surgery. My symptoms started extreme nausea. So much so that I couldnt even smell coffee without gagging. Then I started to have PAIN so much so that I had to call an ambulance because I couldn't even move. I had my gallbladder removed 10/28/16 . That was about 5 months after my sleeve surgery.
  19. Congratulations on surgery and your success!!!
