  1. I'm 6 months out and I've been wondering about cokes? I'm not trying to go back to drinking them but when would that be acceptable to try it out? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. I'm five months out and until recently I was really hydrated and now it's becoming increasingly hard just to reach the minimum of what they ask. I feel dizzy and light headed all the time now. It's making me not want to eat because of how easily my stomach gets upset now. I'm starting to lose control of my body. My doctor told me it's the heat. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get hydrated faster? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. Hey guys I'm Erica and I'm currently 5 months out. I had the RnY surgery. Did anyone else feel like their stomach was too heavy while they were laying down? When I go to sleep my stomach feels hard and when I roll on my side it feels like it's stretching. Idk if it's because of the weight loss (day of surgery was 324. Now I'm 211) but it's starting to worry me, should o be worried? Also my stomach feels like it's numb all the time I touch it and it's like I can feel it with my fingers and I know I'm touching it, but my stomach doesn't feel it.. Is that normal?
