When did you all start eating salads? I'm craving one but don't want to hurt my new sleeve. I had surgery on Nov. 11th. Before surgery I was 307. During surgery I weighed 265, I am now 242. So I am doing good. On my last week of puree foods then I can start soft. :-) is salad considered a soft?? Also, how do you get rid of dry, cotton mouth? I drink Water all day but still mouth is dry. I had my surgery Nov. 11th. I am having a hard time telling if I am full. I eat broth, drink premier shakes, Jello, and sugar free Popsicles. I don't always have the jello and Popsicles though. Does anyone else have trouble telling if they are full? Sent from my SM-N900T using the BariatricPal App

I want to say that this liquid diet sucks. Ugh. Everyone around me at work Snacks and eats. I just want to hide for two weeks until surgery. I am just venting because I know you all know how this feels. Also, I am questioning it all. Second guessing myself. Especially, during the holidays. I had to ask my Mom to make me turkey broth for this Thanksgiving. It is going to be rough watching them eat all the yummy food, and I am sipping on broth. Is it truly worth it? Will I be able to ever eat the foods I love again? Someone told me you can't have any sugar or carbs after surgery? Am I not allowed a cheat every once in awhile like on my bday? Feeling frustrated. It can depend on insurance companies. Some insurance companies require a 6 month diet plan before surgery. Mine requires it. Sent from my SM-N900T using the BariatricPal App
