    To the shelbys mom. I had the same issues and reported it to my nutritionist and he said it was because I was not getting in enough Water. I did not believe him until the next time I ate was hungry minutes after I ate. After thirty minutes noticed that I was not hungry. I started drinking lots of water I did not feel hungry at all after that. Iwas just thirsty. Your body is thirsty. Drink lots of water. Sent from my LGMS631 using the BariatricPal App
