    Good for you to reach your goal, but to be honest your wight wasn't much over.. maybe if you put much effort on exercises and stick to a diet you could reach your goal with no need of surgery. Sent from my SM-N920C using the BariatricPal App

    You can sleep using two pillows behind your back , not being lie down but a little bit close to sitting. That's the way i sleep after surgery and it's helpful.
