  4. Just started puréed foods this morning and made one scrambled egg- I'm eating slowly and have had like 4 bites.. I'm nervous to finish because I don't want to be sick but can't tell if I'm stopping before I'm even full just out of nervousness. How will I know when to stop? Should I be able to eat a whole egg at this point or is this normal? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  5. Hi! I just had my surgery one week ago and I feel like all I think about 24/7 is eating unhealthy food. I'm constantly having immense cravings and can't seem to stop thinking about all of the things I want to eat. Has anyone else experienced this? Does it get better? I want to succeed and change my life and learn to make healthier choices so that I can feel amazing, and I'm nervous that these cravings and constant food thoughts are signs that I'm going to give in to unhealthy options once I can eat solids again.
