I'm also 5' and will have surgery march 13. I currently weigh around 180 and have my pre op on Wednesday. I wonder if our rate of losing weight is bc of our height?

My surgery date is August 1st as well. I found out yesterday that we aren't required a pre-opt diet but want me to lose about 5-10 lbs. For the next 6 wks, I'm suppose to eat fruit and veggies first then my Protein and lift light weights to tone. Crazy how all our plans are different. I'm not quite 5'1 and weighed 174 yesterday.
