Pre-op for Gastric Sleeve.
My consultation with Dr. Quilici in Burbank, CA was on 5/4/2016. My psych evaluation was completed 5/9/2016.
Approved for surgery 5/18/2016.
Scheduled for surgery 8/10/2016 :D (would have been earlier but my own schedule prevented my being able to take time off).
Now just counting down the days. So excited!!!
