  2. I had a heart attack a year ago, I am taking a lot of meds, just curious if taking pills is hard after surgery. And anyone else have heart disease and have been sleeved, how do you feel? We're you nervous? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using the BariatricPal App
  3. Aww. Wish I could give ya a hug but I'll tell you my story to try and help. I'm also 43 years old. Last June I woke up one morning ended up in the emergency room having a massive heart attack at 42 years old. I said if I can recover I promise I'll get this damn weight off. Now almost a year later I only got a lousy 30 lbs off. So on my year anniversary I will treat myself to the sleeve to help me remove the 80 lbd I have to go. The heart doctors are saying I don't have the time to try myself. So do the right thing before it's to late. The weight and the beers are no good for our health. If you have a heart attack because of the weight you can't drink anyways being on heart meds. I too have 2 boys and a grsndson. I'm not ready to give up , we need to fight against the weight.
