I just have to get through my preop appointments..shouldn't have to do the 6 month thing since I have done a 6 month weight loss program in the past which didn't stick.     I get sick from aspartame/sucralose which is is almost all Protein drinks and sugar-free foods. I also have several food allergies so this journey for me has been a challenge. I did find a Protein Drink that has Stevia, which has been great for me. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App
