  1. I was sleeved May20, 2016 so I am 20 days post OP... I must admit it was VERY discouraging in the beginning. The pre-op and the Post Op diets as well. I had virtually a pain free procedure, only taking pain meds the 1st day. 2 days ago I was so upset that I had this surgery, but TODAY!!!! 20 must be the lucky number bc I finally feel AWESOME. So just keep pressing and seeking support. Take your Vitamins, gallbladder and gas meds and follow surgeons orders. It is well worth it in the end. GOOD LUCK...@@Km77942009
  2. I have Optifast shakes probably like 6/7 boxes that are available. I do know that you can count them toward your minimum as I purchased from someone else and took into my final visit to show the Doc/Rec so I didn't have to buy so many at $15/box. Let me know if interested I am in Newark,DE.
  3. I have to agree with spazniche It WORKS... 20 days post OP.... THE WORSE ACID REFLUX the entire 20 days, ingested ACV last night.... GONE!!!!!!
