  1. Better to ask than to jack up your healing process. Your questions did make me chuckle though. Good luck

  3. Try getting in more fluids. I went through the same thing. I upped my fluid and my skin started to improve.

  17. I am 4 days post op and I am weak and tired all the time. I read other post from folks that are 4 days out and it seem like they are doing leaps and bounds better than I am. I am repulsed by the thought of eating (who would have EVER thought that I could say that with a straight face) however I do well with fluids though. When ever I eat I am ABSOLUTELY miserable. I ate 2 tablespoons of yogurt around 1200 and it is sitting in my stomach like a brick. I am so full and my well meaning family keeps trying to make sure that I eat...sigh. I just want to feel normal.
  18. I was sleeved on 27 September 2016. I have been sipping Water in order to reach my Fluid intake goals. When if ever will I be able to drink "normally" again? I really want to drink to quench my thirst and remain hydrated. The sipping is like a tease to someone who consumed water like it was going out of style. Please help. Thirsty in GA aka Gina
  19. I have spoken to an aunt of a friend who was very helpful. She shared the good, bad and ugly of her experience and it cemented that this was the right decision for me. I am scheduled for September 27. God bless you and best wishes. Sent from my SM-N920T using the BariatricPal App

  21. We were almost sleeve twins @wecanandwill. The liquid diet worries me too. From everything that I have read/watched, after day 2 it gets easier.

  27. Hello Everyone! I was approved today for my gastric sleeve. I decided to stop lurking quietly around the forums and hop on in. I was approved in 6 days, seems like everything is moving at warp speed now. My official date is September 27th. I am nervous and excited. Anything that you wish that you knew or did during you waiting period? I am open for some good advice from a pro. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
