What happens if I don't take B12? I am now 8 weeks post-op VSG and I just now realized I am not taking or have taken B12 the whole time! What is b12?? Is this bad?? I am was 317 Day if surgery feb. 6 And now I'm 290... is that normal. Am I not loosing enough?? [emoji45]

Has anybody had sleeping issues!!?? I can't sleep. Even though I'm up by 6 or 630am by bed time I can't, I'm miserable!

They are not SOOOO bad but oh man do they hurt. I am 5 days post op and I thought I was in the clear but they came and they came with a vengeance! And this liquid post op diet is KILLING ME.
