  3. You have a good point. I'm sure the best thing to do would be to avoid alcohol as long as possible or forever, especially if you have an addictive personality. I'm hoping that I can indulge in the future at social events but cut out all of my evening glasses of wine at home. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App I'm with you. My days of "weekday" wine are over. I hope to enjoy a glass here and there when the time comes. Thankfully, it's just not that appealing anymore!

  6. It's interesting how each Dr. gives us different direction. My Doc said that for the first year, I'd need to supplement my Protein with shakes or he suggested GENEPRO (flavorless protein powder) which has 30gm of protein in one serving and mixes with pretty much any liquid. My meals are so small that even though protein rich, I don't get enough food down to tic off too many gms of protein. I have so much more energy when I keep the protein up.
  7. I've used this for some of my favorite recipes. Especially when I alter a recipe with yogurt or other lower calorie option. https://www.caloriecount.com/cc/recipe_analysis.php
