    I'm on day 3 of my 5 day liquid diet. It's not the most fun thing I've ever experienced but it is ok. So far my favorites are the carnation sugar free mix and the ensure with extra Protein. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G870A using the BariatricPal App
