Thank you for the tip. I have to be on clear liquids one day before surgury and two days after surgery. So I am trying these shakes now. But if they are yucky now imagine post op lol Thank you! I need to drink everything with ice, I will give it a try later on

Okay guys this is it! Today they submit my papers for approval!!!! I have united health (Oxford freedom plan) ugh now the waiting game. I hope they are not hard.
