  3. Hi there. I also did Medifast. It's amazing and I lost 70 pounds in less than 5 months. A few months later, I changed jobs and fizzled out on Medifast so that I could be social with my new coworkers. Took a while, but gained back 65 of those pounds. My problem has not been losing weight, but keeping it off. I learned how to lose and gain like a champ, but never how to maintain. As far as sleeve regrets, I just had mine on 3/29. On about day 4, I had a feeling of "what did I do to my body?!" That has passed, though....at least for now. I think the sleeve will be a great tool for me. I know it doesn't solve everything, but should help keep me in check. Vomiting is something I would like to avoid, for sure. Good luck! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Thanks for your answers. It helps. Saw a photo of me taken today - can't believe how big I've gotten. 4. I'd like to hear about regrets about VSG? I'm 5'5" and about 230. Can't keep the weight off. Medifast 2014 gained all back and then some. Thx for sharing. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using the BariatricPal App
  5. Has anyone used Dr. Mitchell at Roper St. Francis, Charleston, SC? Exploring options. Thanks. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-T337A using the BariatricPal App
