    I completed two of Three nutritionist visit yesterday & I lost 5 pounds. I was cleared to meet the surgeon on June 14th. I am also scheduled to have my endoscopy done that sames day.     I have my second nutritionist next wk . I only I have completed my psychological evaluation & I have been cleared to meet with the surgeon. I have one more nutritionist visit.
