  2. I am just starting my journey. I have been struggling with quiting smoking for the past 5 years in order to qualify for surgery. This time I am not stopping. I am ready for this change, and excited to start a new chapter in my life. I started the pre-op diet a week ago and am down 5 lbs already! I am 33 years old, and 385 lbs. I am really freaked out about the saggy skin after weight loss. I am scared of feeling unattractive.I have only recently started feeling unattractive due to my weight. Any thoughts? Also, does everyone end up with cankles?Even if you don't have them before? What about neck creases? Do they go away? Or tags? Will they leave when I lose weight?
