  1. I just posted on the Introductions forum, but I thought I would introduce myself here as well... I am a 28 year old lesbian from NYC. I had my surgery 12/2007 and have lost 115 pounds to date. I'd still like to lose another 100 pounds or so... I am an English teacher and I love to play, write, and listen to music. I am OBSESSED with Lost...any other LOSTheads on here?? hahaha... I have been in a relationship with my girlfriend for seven years and we are looking into buying a home this summer and starting a family in the next two years. I am so excited to start that chapter of my life and I feel like it wouldn't have been possible without the lapband. I'm looking forward to meeting new people on here!
  2. Hi everyone! I am a 28 year old female and I was banded in December of 2007. So far I've lost 115 pounds. I still have a way to go (I'd like to lose another 100 or so) and just came across this site. I thought it would be helpful in keeping me on track! A little about me...I am an English teacher in NYC. I am in a committed relationship and have been for 7 years with a wonderful woman who has stuck by me through thick...not so thick...and on my way to getting thin... I am extremely musical; I play piano and guitar and own more music than I know what to do with. And I am obsessed with LOST. Obsessed!! I'm looking forward to getting to know you all on this journey.
