  1. My wife and I were supposed to wait 18 months after her gastric bypass to get pregnant. 6 months in she was pregnant (we found out when she went in for gallbladder surgery). We now have a beautiful brilliant 5 year old little girl. As long as they monitor you closely it will all be fine!!! Congrats!!!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. I am about 7 weeks out and I'm only getting about 520 calories a day. My weight loss has slowed way down and I think my body might be in starvation mode. About how many calories should I be getting right now? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. I am 49 days out and have lost 47 pounds, which I know is nothing to be upset about. The weight loss has slowed almost to a stop though. In fact, I haven't lost in a couple of days. Is this the dreaded plateau? If it is, does anyone have any suggestions for breaking it? I eat mostly Protein, between 60-80 a day. I'm still only able to take in about 2 oz of food at a time. I was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I'm down 47 pounds since surgery on March 11 and down 75 since January. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
